Responsibilities: Manage Training and Training Development of an Airline.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and deliver internal and external classroom training in English and Arabic
• Update Learning Management System for customer classes, reference material and self-paced learning courses
• Meet with subject matter experts (SME) to understand content and create appropriate curriculums and student guides
• Schedule Training for the new Joiners
• Write and maintain training documentation
• Create content based on brand guidelines
• Assist in managing a Knowledge Base and Reference Library
• Capable to handle Online Training
• Conduct Evaluation and report to the reporting manager
• Record Keeping
