The captain oversees a group of tables called a station along with a team of waiters/waitresses. This front-of-the-line position has the most guest interaction of all the staff, and demands a dapper appearance and an outgoing personality.

You will be required to: - Seat the guests - Take food and beverage orders - Prepare food in front of guests (if required) - Train and supervise waiters/waitresses - Communicate with other employees at the restaurant. - Keep in close contact with the chef and kitchen staff to learn about changes and ensure food orders are processed efficiently. - Delegate tasks to busers and housekeeping employees as necessary. - You will report to the restaurant Supervisor Requirements A mature and well groomed senior waiter/waitress to lead and supervise a team. Female or male western expat with excellent communication skills. Highly aware of social skills and etiquette. Has been formally trained before in a similar capacity. Dynamic, passionate about hospitality and people. Very customer focused and highly attentive to details and needs.
