Role Purpose:



Managing regional trade support supervisors (RTSS) in order to support our regional Sales Channels with different Activities such as new campaigns or either existed and continues promotions. Also, to maintain Providing high quality of TMM distribution in all channels through superior plan in the regions, quick replenishment and availability in the right time.



Key Accountabilities:



Business Planning

*

Ensure the performance in the market to meet the sales objectives.

*

Monitor and review the reports and activities in all regions.

*

Planning for new products and promotions in terms of readiness.

* Ensure that plans are to meet with our objectives and guidelines.



Operations

*

Follow up Incentives on RTSS to enhance and ensure the materials availability in all channels.

*

To monitor internal branding in all sales channels.

*

Maintain the best Look and Feel for our Retail shops.

* Provide maximum support internally to ensure the smoothness of operations and covering the gaps.



People Supervision

*

Providing clear directions to RTSS to close issues properly.

*

Monitor every individual performance of the team and give the right guidance accordingly.

*

Develop the weakness point in every single employee by coaching and giving regular feedback.

* Take prompt action when necessary.
