A MARINE ENGINEERING COMPANY IN ABU DHABI IS IN URGENT NEED OF ENGINEERING MANAGER. SALARY OFFER RANGES TO AED 20,000 - 30,000. S/L Duties & Activities Authorities/Responsibility Reporting to

1 Provide leadership & direction and general day to day management of the Engineering Deparment [Marine] including all related personnel matters. Authority General Manager

2 Responsible for the Design and Development documents prepared in-house, from Sub-contract or from Customer and obtaining necessary approval from Customer Authority General Manager

3 Responsible for yard certification by ASME from the point of view of Design & Development of marine applications as planned. Authority General Manager

4 Establish effective Communication between customer and design sub-contractor on design and development issues. Authority General Manager

5 Review of design request, design and development plan, design input documents, design out put documents, design and development verification, design and development validation, design change note. Authority General Manager

6 Establishing and Maintaining of Design & Development document control, revision control, revision control and safe keeping/recording. Authority General Manager

7 Responsible of establishing and Maintaining of appropriate distribution of Design & Development documents to the concerned with transmittal. Authority General Manager

8 Monitoring and maintaining departmental quality objectives and corrective actions as required. Authority General Manager

9 Responsible for arranging for in-situ dimensional transfer and development of drawing of existing structures/ piping/ equipments as required by the project Authority General Manager

10 Compliance to the requirements as specifically indicated in Quality Manual and relevant Operating Procedures and/ or work Instructions including the processes and activities performed by the subordinates. Authority General Manager
