- Responsible for assisting the Sales team to drive Jordan Telecom Group revenue by helping to qualify accounts, answer business requests, prepare and deliver solution based product presentations, and deliver proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
- Cooperates with the Account Managers to analyse current and future needs of Jordan Telecom Group customers to ensure providing best technical customised solutions and financial proposition.
- Responsible for handling any technical question or issue which arises during a sales cycle and to work with the Network team to resolve customer issues.
- Meeting with high profile customers to present, discuss, demonstrate or challenge solutions with them.
- Prepares, revises, and submits customized offers to the strategic Jordan Telecom Group customers and follows up on the necessary approvals to ensure providing the solutions within the time limits to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
- Engage with TMO committee in developing non standard services for high profile customers.
