A UAE based group of companies is forming a new management consulting firm in the UAE and is looking for a 'Marketing Consultant'. The firm will operate in the UAE and has already forged strategic business development and delivery partnerships, and is obtaining rights to use an internationally recognized assessment and visioning framework and tool in the UAE. The firm will execute management consulting projects to help its clients' businesses achieve customer centricity. In the initial years, the firms clients will mostly be in the mid-sized segment of the UAE market.



The Management Consultant (MC) will work with the ownership and top management of the firm's clients to understand the client's mission and vision, it's business, marketing and sales strategies and the clients customer segments. The MC will also work with all the customer facing employees of the client to understand the processes, technology and culture of the client's customer interactions and touch points.



The MC will also be expected to conduct tertiary, secondary, and / or primary market research to understand the firm's clients market place: its competitors, customers, suppliers, regulators, using techniques such as desktop research, net research, surveys, direct interviews and focus groups.



The MC will be expected to develop marketing and sales strategies and implementation plans, change management, and other deliverables, with a proven track record for applying his / her knowledge gained during the BBA and / or MBA in developing customer segment based strategies, and conducting primary market research The MC will be expected to prepared and deliver clear, concise and insightful PowerPoint presentations in English to the top management and customer facing personnel at the firm's clients' businesses.



The candidate will eventually be expected to lead a team of junior consultants by understanding their strengths and motivating them to perform at their best.



Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant experience in the UAE, can speak Arabic, have worked in a multicultural environment, and / or have already served in a marketing consultant role.
