I. Major Functions

• To ensure that Machinery and equipment are maintained and any mechanical issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• To attend breakdowns of Machinery.

• To carry out Preventive Maintenance.



II. Basic Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

o Specialized Experience:

 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

o Work Experience:

 4 years in maintenance preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

o Relevant Experience (In Years)

 2

 Education:

 ITI or 2 years of Technical course in Mechanical/fitter

o Skills:

 Computer Literacy: MS Office is preferred

o Specialized Experience:

 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

o Work Experience:

 4 years in maintenance preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

o Relevant Experience (In Years)

To perform Preventive Maintenance and services.

• Attend and analyze the cause of Mechanical breakdown.

• To handle assigned work independently.

• To attend breakdowns on the Machines.

• Upgrade & install new equipment in Plant wherever require



Administrative Responsibilities

• Create work orders.

• Monitoring and optimizing the Preventive maintenance program in Maximo.



General Responsibilities

• Processes any cross training as mandated by the line.

• Maintain good personal hygiene.

• Performs any duty assigned by the Supervisors.
