TABCo Food is a start-up business that is currently operating the brand Elevation Burger in Kuwait, Oman, and UAE. TABCo currently operate total of six Elevation Burger units with 130 team members in Kuwait, UAE, and Oman. TABCo Food is actively expanding and growing Elevation Burger in the region and expects to double the number of units by end of 2014. TABCo’s growth will continue by expanding brand portfolio in 2014 and introducing new brands that comply with TABCo’s mission to enhance the restaurant experience with responsibility to the environment and the community.



The Role

Ensuring the resolution of any issues in timely manner at the company’s different locations and having smooth operations at stores constantly, designing and implementing schedules for maintenance and hiring competent contractors when needed to execute the task within budget.



The Responsibilities:

• Designing & implementing preventive maintenance programs at company locations to eliminate risks.

• Hiring the right contractors and companies to complete the tasks and resolve issues.

• Constant visits to company locations to ensure smooth operations.

• Supervise and inspect work for completion.

• On-call for any emergency to be resolved.

• Providing reports and keeping records for the maintenance work and expenditures.
