The Junior Finance Executive is responsible for processing revenue, receipts, payments and purchase orders for the various Lines of Business (LOB) and generating associated MIS reports within the specified timelines.



Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, the Junior Finance Executive will play a critical role in helping the Company achieve its mission, vision, values and strategic profit objectives. Offers service / support to other departments regarding finance matters on an as needed or requested basis.



To be successful, the Junior Finance Executive must develop a collaborative work ethic between all departments and understand the property market in detail. Other accountabilities include, but are not limited to:



• Follow up with Revenue generating departments and verify the complete set of documents towards LOB before it is entered in the system



• Complete the recordkeeping function of revenue transactions, including the calculation and booking of commissions



• Generate various invoices, receipts and payments in the system and also conduct reconciliation with records/reports



• Verification and accounting of the supplier invoices and releasing the payments on the due dates



• Follow up on the outstanding payments and process the approved refunds to clients



• Prepare and record financial reports as required by the management



• Reconciliation of various financial records/reports and analysis including:

• Collections report with the Deposit slips

• Inter-company and related parties balances

• Master key receipts with Oracle receipts

• Credit Card transactions with Bank Statement

• Balance Sheets

• Petty cash physically available





• Verification of petty cash and credit card claims as per the approved authority matrix



• Other Company related duties that may be assigned by the department head that are consistent with the department and Company mandate
