Manage and Train the Collections Team to Solve ongoing problems. Directly handle 90 + Days Past Due Clients. Liaison with Legal Counsel on Repossessions / Foreclosures and other Legal Matters. Manage and Schedule inside and Outside Field Collections



Essential Duties (Major responsibilities of this position) Percentage of Total Time



1- Responsible for structuring of account flows for the collections process from early delinquency through recovery.

2- Manage Collectors Efforts and Results (Calls per Collector, Accounts Delinquent and Cured, Promises to Pay, etc).

3- Execute policies and procedures for collection of interrupted loans.

4- Coordinate with branches concerning collection, follow up the implementation of procedures regarding interrupted loans.

5- Prepare reports and studies on collection process performance.

6- Train Collectors and Assist in Problem Account Resolution

7- Contact and Cure 90 + DPD Customers

8- Review accounts for broken promises daily and take appropriate action

9- Review non-contacts daily and take appropriate actions that will ensure a better contact rate

10- Collaborate with colleagues in industry for benchmarking purposes to ensure proper collections techniques are implemented to maintain industry standards.

11- Reviews daily delinquency numbers and communicates trends, opportunities, or concerns and any potential impact to losses.

12- Works everyday on Skip accounts and after updating information return those accounts back to the floor.

13- Coordinate with ANB team to pass the S.A list and D.D List

14- Coordinate Legal Items Related to Collections and other Servicing Accounts

15- Ensures compliance with SAMA regulations as business practices require.

16- Performance of any other duty assigned by Management
