Kinetic are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to their experienced Pharmaceutical team where you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants in an environment where your career will be truly nurtured. You will use business development, marketing techniques, networking and the best resources available in order to attract business from clients and build relationships with candidates across the region.



This role will focus on sourcing, evaluating and placing relevant candidates with our existing client base, as well as developing and managing new client relationships through your consultative business development activity. Whilst you'll have clear targets and measurables to work towards, quality of service and delivery is more important for us than aggressive KPIs, so you'll be motivated by delivering the highest level of service to your candidate and client base. It's crucial that you're well organised and can manage both resourcing activity and an ongoing business development program. You'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. Consultants must come with prior experience of managing a large number of concurrent job requirements with the ability to adapt pace of working to suit your clients' resource needs. You will need experience in negotiating rates and fee details with the client before placement is confirmed. You'll also have a good commercial instinct and excellent negotiation skills which secure competitive rates with conversations conducted in the right style.
