Summary:

As an Analyst, you are part of team that develops, reviews and optimizes processes and procedures for the supply chain business. You translate the business needs into the application and programs functionality required to support the business activities. You also support the business users in a professional and friendly way.



Key responsibilities:

•Ensure that the Transportation Management systems exist and run effectively to support all business users today and into the foreseeable future.

•Support, Assist, Develop and Enhance our Supply Chain Integration

•Participate in User and Customer consulting, defining business requirements and performing detailed systems analysis and design.

•Perform release management, technical analysis, programming, unit testing, integration testing, documentation and implementation focusing of the quality of the end product.

•Articulates the full business requirements of SCM to IT Manager and determines where capability and capacity exists to be able to improve the software solutions

•Performs ad hoc data extraction, consolidation and analysis as business requires

•Participates in and inputs to process, system, and business development teams, extracting business needs and developing technical and process solutions to meet them

•Establishes and deploys critical day to day business measurement and monitoring tools

•Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives

•Support user functions and assist the organization in IT related matters.

•Act as first or second level for applications problem support
