Job Purpose

The IT Manager reports to the CEO and manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.



Duties & Responsibilities

• Served as main point of contact on all IT-related services.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the IT strategic plan.

• Approve vendors used by the organization and monitors their technical condition.

• Approve and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance.

• Coordinate priorities between the IT department and user departments.

• Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels.

• Managing development, implementation and monitoring of IT strategies, policies and procedures.

• Providing short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure IT capacity meets existing and future requirements.

• Performing routine team administration tasks as well as team development initiatives.

• Responsible for administration and support of Windows server infrastructure as well as for Design and development of IT Services

• Accountable for management of IT Infra-structure and availability of IT Services along with operational cost management
