Duties & Responsibilities:

- Study the contract documents.

- Prepare project cost control budget related to electrical works.

- Planning of the electrical works in the project “execution and resources”.

- Appoint the electrical staff for the project.

- Provide the electrical engineers with all resources needed (manpower, drawings, material, equipment, tools etc..).

- Manage and supervise the execution of the electrical works in the projects and ensure that its executed as per contract condition within the time specified.

- Research for special supplies and sub-contracts and make appropriate recommendations to the M & E Manager.

- Use the resources at his disposal in an economic cost and effective manner.

1.Providing detailed and professional designs for electrical services projects( LV, lighting systems, BMS, Fire Alarms etc)

2.Developing and rationalising Consultants designs to provide cost effective solutions to the project teams

3.Developing detailed and accurate shop drawings

4.Providing leadership and guidance to other engineers

5.Providing alternative engineering options and cost analysis

6.Costing, assisting in monitoring project costs

7.Supervising CAD technicians and proving assistance to Senior Mechanical Engineers.
