• Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock.

• Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods.

• Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.

• Completing and filing compliance documentation.

• Managing supplier delivery performance and maintain supplier contracts.

• Cost management and reporting.

• Development of the logistics supply base.

• Managing all supply chain activities.

• Taking into account capacity and planning ahead accordingly.

•• liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies;

• planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods;

• the efficient utilisation of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met;
